I am part of the Auburn Alum. I will vote for him against Jones but not against Sessions. Tub is just looking for a job and has nothing that even remotely qualifies him for the job. Everyone bitches about Sessions but he did what he had to do in a bad situation he was put into. Sessions has integrity and has done this state and country great service.

I am part of the Auburn Alum. I will vote for him against Jones but not against Sessions. Tub is just looking for a job and has nothing that even remotely qualifies him for the job. Everyone bitches about Sessions but he did what he had to do in a bad situation he was put into. Sessions has integrity and has done this state and country great service. I can vouch first hand that Sessions does Not have integrity! Lying snake. Just another lawyer politician. He’s part of the problem, not the solution. He’s had his 30 seconds of fame in the Senate, accepted the AG position as a power grab and did nothing! Zero! Swore he wouldn’t run again for Senate and now look. Ask Bradley Burns how he feels about Jeff Sessions integrity. Yes he knows the system in Washington and that’s not a good thing these days. Give me newbies. Give me term limits. Give me Liberty. I’ll just be nice for now and say Sessions needs to find him a rocker on the front porch.

Sessions and Tuberville are both infinitely better than Roy and Sassy I assume 99%+ republicans will vote for either in the General election. Not taking up for Trump but let's not forget we wouldn't be handing out all of this stimulus money if it weren't for the Dem's intentionally crashing the economy. That’s were he added the 8 trillion. Shouldn’t have ever shut down the economy. The democrats won’t ever take blame for the spending because it’s what they do. He panicked due to false information that he was given from democrat operatives like Dr Fauci. Trump was in an impossible situation in that regard. Had he not shut down the economy that would have been the end of his Presidency. Everyone. EVERYONE that died.... the News Media would have said the blood is on his hands, etc. We would have had a completely different story line going this whole time and they would have been pulling in people from every walk of life to talk about how Trump killed their loved ones. You are right. But I wouldn’t be surprised if the democrats blame President Trump for the high unemployment rate here in a couple of months. Evil liars is what they are.

The only thing that worries me about Tubbs is the unknown. Where does he stand? Why WON’T he debate Sessions? Why is he running from the media? I want to vote for him, but give me something besides
“ I’m not Jeff Sessions”. We’ll who is Tommy Tubberville the politician, not the coach. Give me a reason to vote for YOU. Assure me I’m doing the right thing.
One other thing that worries me is when or IF he wins the nomination and runs against Jones, what will the media dig up in his past? The skeletons? Did he use the N word, did he cheat on his wife, cheat on taxes, did he fondle a kid in 1970 whatever, sexual harassment charges being brought up out of the blue 30 years later bs, etc, etc. You KNOW they will go to the ends of the earth to do the same thing they did to Roy Moore, right before the election and sway people’s opinions negatively. Sessions on the other hand has been in Washington long enough to be anal probed and looked over with a fine tooth comb by the libs and media, one in the same, and there isn’t too much that will stick anymore that’s not already out. No bombshells at least.
I’m torn on this one. I despise Sessions for what he put this country through as AG. I was hoping he would bring much to Alabama being in that position of power. I was proud of what he did in Washington PRIOR to that. I want Tubbs to give me a reason to cast my vote, but him hiding and not debating has me scratching my head. Man up and show us who you are and where you stand and you’ll win by a landslide. Show me some FIGHT! I don’t want buyers remorse. Your going to Washington for Christ sakes.

No politician in his right mind would debate when he’s got a big lead in the polls. I have been around Tubs a good bit in social settings and he’s a helluva lot more like me and you than any politician in Washington. Everyone has skeletons in their closet but he has been a pretty public figure since the last 90’s and has had several high profile jobs. If you’re the head ball coach at a major SEC school it’s hard to fart without someone knowing it.
