Anyone else notice a change this past week with increased usage of their plots vs feeders? I noticed the does and young bucks this week are walking past the feeders and hitting the plots with aggression again. I have the normal wheat/oats/clover but I also have turnips that have blown up with the warm weather a week ago and I guess the leaves sweetened pretty quickly with the frost a few days ago. Maybe the acorns are finally thinned too.

Noticing the same thing. Plots look much better than they did a month ago.

I've got a greenfield within sight of my back door. Counted 14 deer in the field just before dark yesterday.
I hate making a good first impression. There’s no way I can keep that shit up.

Our deer have been on them since they started to come up good. There was not much browse with the drought especially green browse. Once our plots started greening up they were pulling deer. But the acorn crop is also very good at our place and the deer are in them heavy.
Well, the way I see it is there's just too many assholes On a good day there's a bunch of assholes in here. On a bad day there's too many assholes in here.

Haven't noticed any usage change. They're in the plots now as good as they have been all season.

Cover your bases, just put corn on your food plots.

Cover your bases, just put corn on your food plots. That’s what I do plus the ammonia nitrate I put out last weekend should really kick in with these 70s this week.
Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!
