Hunted Bankhead National Forest for the first time this morning. I went in blind and set up on a ridge with white oaks. Had a small doe at 50 yards feeding then I got soaking wet. Walked a mile in and saw a deer in my first sit so I consider that an accomplishment.

It is hard to kill or catch anything sitting on the couch!

Had a carload of drunk teenagers pull up to my truck at 4:45 as I was taking a dump. Forgot to mention that.
