There are a lot of spots down town. They use them during the Hank Festival. Occasionally there is someone on one during the off season. I have no clue who to contact. I would start at Town Hall.

I'll be in georgiana tomorrow. I'll see what I can come up with and let you know. I've got a place with power and water but no sewer down 106 a few miles.
