We've finally got a POTUS that's trying his best to secure this country. Military funding WILL be replenished. Let's get the wall built WHILE WE CAN. I'm as patriotic and support our military as much as any of y'all but we have this ONE CHANCE to secure our southern border. Y'all quit yer bitching. What Wiley said. A border wall seems like a very reasonable expenditure of military money. Is it not to protect our homeland? It should work way better than having Dept of Homeland Security that spends much more and does less.

I think he meant protect the border? But seriously would it be any better Jawbone? Hell the border patrols hand are tied and they can't even do their jobs because of all the politics, and they've done released nearly all the folks they arrested in the ICE raids in Mississippi, they've got to start shipping those damn folks back or prosecuting them.
They can build the wall and then man it, freeing up ICE to work on processing the ton of backlogged cases and get the mess cleared up while Congress gets off their asses and passes laws that are reasonable and enforceable.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Yeah I read a similar lib article about the Anniston Depot. If this project was cancelled for any other reason we wouldnt have heard anything about it. This is just the newest play in the lib playbook and it isn't gonna work either. This^^^^ The Liberal Socialist would divert every penny of military spending to build crap to feed, house, cloth and take care of their illegal immigrant future voter base in a New York minute if they could. These stories are just more Liberal Socialist Media propaganda written solely to divide the conservative voter base. Building the wall seems like a better expenditure of money than a fire station at an Air Force base when you think of the very real possibility of the Socialist using those illegal immigrant 3rd world voters to turn the United States into the United Amerikan Socialist Republic.

Tyndall was not singled out, almost every Air Force construction project not already appropriated for 2019 has been put on hold or canceled. Our new building made it through just in time but could just as easily been shelved. They’ll get funded and built soon enough but that wall needs built now. I know it ain’t a perfect solution but doing nothing is foolish.

Typical liberal negative spin by a liberal newspaper, complete with quote by a liberal demoncrat.
Senior demoncrats were for the wall before TRUMP! asked for it, just like he was never a racist until he ran against killary, mother of the ugliest kid on the planet.

I know that there are several projects on hold, not just Tyndall, due to the re-direction of funds for the wall. I totally agree the wall is important and that these other things will get funded, just a little later down the road. But, since Hurricane Michael came through Tyndall I can see where those folks down there feel more animosity about this plan and money being diverted from them. And any liberal MSM down there will capitalize on that to encourage people to vote against the POTUS in the upcoming election.
But, if they will really think about it, this would not be an issue if Congress could manage to cooperate even a little with securing the border, Congress is who folks need to be upset with, not the POTUS.

Congress has been bought off and diddled more than we will ever know. We may elect them but we certainly dont select them as is apparent in how the operate.

And for the record ALL MILITARY installations have boundries that are closely guarded. I'd bet Tyndall; has a high fence with sensors.
