Nice catch. I'm looking for a used canoe right now just for this. I like backwater fishing but I sure do miss those float trips. If I don't find a used one real soon, I'll be the proud owner of a new one.

I saw you guys putting in Saturday morning. (Red truck, right?) I fish Valley Creek a good bit. I caught a 3+lb. spot last Monday past two bridges. They were bitting great in the late afternoon. The dog food plant was kickin' Saturday!  But the fishin' is worth it.
