I have a client with some land to lease.
About 5 miles west of Autaugaville. 600 acres at $12 per acre. It also has a house on it if interested. Rent on the house is $500 per month.
Has good deer and turkey. Has bad hogs. LOL

Why can’t these leases come available before I have spent all my money on other leases? I would love to have it but it’s to late for me to make it work this season. Great area!
