The Bronco will not stay running it just dies and will not crank. I have had the shop replace the ICM and then today it dies and will not start up. I spray a little starter fluid to it and she cranks and quits after the starter fluid is gone. So I'm thinking fuel problem. This truck has been working and not working for a month, I just can't get it to give totally up at the shop so he can find the issue, it always seems to work for him. So he thought the ICM was coming and going. He also said the fuel pressure was fine when he checked it. Anyway today i pull the truck back to the shop and stop hit the key fire right up.

Any thoughts on this?

Had an 88 f150 doing the same thing. Like to never found the issue turned out to be the fuel pressure regulator.

my shop guy called me he noticed the fuel pump relay was corroded and appeared it had gotten wet at some point. He thinking it is hitting and missing, it was also just hanging loose and not in the little hood that covers it up.
