I have terminated 28 squirrels at one deer feeder and they are still coming. I have figured that the squirrels alone eat and waste over 1,000 pounds of feed per feeder per year, not to mention the damage they cause to the feeders. The Squirrelinator can catch up to 25 squirrels at a time. We have them for $49.95 until June 16 at Wilborn Outdoors in Cullman, AL 256-737-9595.

I walked on back porch with no shirt on and had a momma squirrel jump on me. That thing hung onto my arm and wouldnt let go. I finally managed to sling it of me. Sctatched me up pretty bad too.
I told my wife. She laughed and said yeah i been feeding the squirrels. Now they sit on our back porch just looking at me. If i come outside they will come rite up to you just staring at me. She has them feeding out of her hand. Now they are chewing on wires on mower. They will come in the house if i leave the door open. They are pretty smart.

I’m naive to this but do you need a depredation permit or trapping permit to kill squirrels out of season?

When I was a kid I was always playing around with trapping things. I found out that the large rat traps, nailed to a tree would catch squirrels. I would use peanut butter with corn stuck in it on the peddle.

If you put some feed on the end of your gun barrel and blast the one that takes it off. If they're really smart the rest will get the clue. I ha sissies with chipmunk eating my rubber brake lines off my truck. I shot 3 or 4 the little chits and didn't have any more trouble out of them. I put 4 sets of front brake lines on that truck in 2 months because of them.
