But most of the members here have a WHOLE LOT of hate in their hearts and are never afraid to show it. I’ve thought the same thing a lot lately, which, let me be the first to say, I have been guilty of doing myself. Like most forums though, most keyboard bada$$es will talk tough on line but wouldn’t say so much as “boo” in person. Many on here aren't content to think to themselves eh different strokes for different folks and just casually move on. They're of the opinion if you don't think identically to them you're a got durn pinko scum unpatriotic snowflake millennial... It's almost comical at least to me anyways.

I don't find it comical in the least. It saddens me to no end because I know many of them and they'd give you the shirt off their back without blinking. They've just let the constant barrage of garbage get the better of them and can't see the forest for the trees. Good guys all. NFL football is better than no football at all. No, it's not. If football dropped off the face of the planet tomorrow, I wouldn't even notice, except when I heard all the whining from guys who enjoy watching 300 lb other guys repeatedly slam their sweaty bodies together. I'll stick with porn! I think you are watching the wrong porn.

Agree with you and AU7 and I don’t have a leg to stand on in this argument. I can’t say I’m going to boycott the NFL or Yeti because as I said in the Yeti thread the other day, I just bought the entire series of 24. I put money in the pocket of a guy who is an avowed socialist. I will also occasionally go the movies because it makes my wife happy for me to take her out. Before we go eat somewhere I don’t check to see what the owner’s politics are. We love Sam and Greg’s in downtown Huntsville. It’s owned by hippies who probably voted for Bernie Sanders. I couldn’t care less though because again, it makes my wife happy and they make awesome pizza. I love Sam Adams beer. I couldn’t care less who the owner voted for and if he did vote conservative in the last election, I appreciate it but it doesn’t win any points from me. Just keep making good beer and I’ll keep paying you.
My point is, you cannot verify the political leanings of everything you spend money on. It’s just not possible. So, in order for me to be consistent I don’t get into the game of boycotting anything unless it’s so egregious I’m forced into it. I don’t have the energy to boycott everybody who disagrees with me.
I hope we have once again reminded people that man is not free unless government is limited. Theres a clear cause and effect here that is as neat and predictable as a law of physics: as government expands, liberty contracts. Ronald Reagan

I'd rather not know the politics of any entertainer. Actors, players, singers, they're all just dancing monkeys. And I do not want to know the monkey's politics.
I hate making a good first impression. There’s no way I can keep that shit up.

I don't hold it against them if they have calm and rational reasons for what they do. When they use their bully pullpit to show their azzes and make stupid, demeaning remarks and start protests that go against my morals...well they force my hand. Shut up and act. Shut up and play. Shut up and sing. Shut up and dance. The key there is shut up.
