I mowed an area about 250' by 40' short today and am going to spray it with gly tomorrow. Then I will get it broke up about Tuesday.

I am going to plant some this weekend too, in addition to what I already have growing. Still have to get my inground plot finished though, so not this weekend for that one. I broke and ordered some plants from Burpee this year and don't actually know whan they will be delivered, so I think I have time for that bed. Otherwise, I am set to go with all the others.

Best of gardening luck to everyone this year!!

raised beds are mostly planted, putting in the large garden this week.

I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

If it's dry enough Saturday I will plant some of my corn. I think I gonna make the switch from silver queen to G90 this year. All my corn was blown over twice last year in mid may. still had a good crop but I hope this G90 isn't as prone to laying down. May plant some water melons too.

Most of my raised beds are planted too. Have a bit of space left but not much. Got four kinds of onions, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, three kinds of pepper and two types of tomatoes planted already. Still need to get the in ground plots finished and planted. Got my Georgia Rattlesnake watermelon plants started inside along with some other stuff.

My whole life I've always been told never before good Friday. Have a lot of stuff ready to go in the ground. Everythings tilled, gly has been down for about 3 weeks Sat. or Sun, depending on how wet it is.

I broke up 5acres this week where my watermelons will go, 2 acres for the deer some iron and clay peas, and an acre and a half for a garden. Ive got the itch. Love the smell of that fresh dirt.
