Fished for about three hours today and caught enough for supper for the next couple of days...You had to retrieve your jerkbait just right or you would catch nothing but skipjacks....even caught a crappie which suprised me.....Didn't see anyone else catch anything....

Can't tomorrow ... Easter ... I'd be whipped and beaten.
Perhaps in the next week or so when our booties wouldn't freeze to the boat seat.

I haven't seen anyone getting a topwater bite....with the cold weather I wouldn't expect a good till maybe next couple weeks.....

Largemouth were starting to hit Spook Jrs. on the lake last week before the cold weather arrived, so hopefully it won't be too long.
