Anybody had dealings with them? Long story short, I just ordered a set of Mickey Thompson ATZs for my GMC. I love their prices. The problem was, Capital One takes security really serious. I use the word problem loosely. I appreciate how they are with purchases that exceed the norm. They immediately sent me a text asking if I made the purchase so I said yes and all was good. From time to time, I won't respond quick enough so it will decline the purchase. No big deal, I just go back and reorder. I decided to just call 4 Wheel Parts (the 1-800 #) to see if the order went through or not. I'll be honest, I am not at all impressed with their customer service. They weren't necessarily rude, they just had this tone like I was bothering them. I have talked to a guy named Gage several times at the Pelham location and that place is as friendly as you can get...not so much on headquarters side.
