We are on a doe patrol mission in Tennessee this morning. Cool with drizzle and a lot of fog plus the wind in our face. I believe we are the only ones on the main part of the club today and Eli says he wants to hunt all day today.
The secret to a long marriage is to keep on dating, just as you did before marriage. We have "date night" once a week.
Hers is Saturday, mine is Thursday.
The only time a married woman gives those is if your not married to them!

Perry county on NF land. Saw a doe and fawn out here last time. Two good bucks were killed earlier in the week a few hundred yards from me.

On a power line and have about 345002 grackles or black birds around me I can't hear dodo. I think I'm gonna go get back in the bed with my GF I know I'll see a awesome rack there.....

Birds and skwerls are VERY active. Haven't seen a deer but have heard two shots this morning.

Nothing but poor visibility this morning but we almost ran over two does on the way to find some lunch. The fog is just now starting to break up and we can see 150-200 yards now.

I took my church’s youth pastor hunting this morning. He killed his first deer, a spike. He was like a kid at Christmas. I like seeing people enjoy shooting their first deer.
