Why are you lying about the DV case? It wasn’t dismissed beciase she was lying. It was dismissed because you plead guilty into the pretrial diversion program and after you completed it the DA was going to nol pros the case. You entered that agreement on February 10, 2015. The DA has never filed anything to dismiss the case, so you might want to check with your lawyer on that. The case still shows as pending pretrial diversion in the court system.
Oh, and I have a screen shot of your statement to the court where you admit choking her. It is your hand written statement signed by you. Anyone want to see it?  off topic but sorry for your recent troubles man.
