About a pound-pound and a half of deer meat sliced real thin and marinated in dale's and fresh squeezed orange juice for about 2 hours. Sauté some minced garlic and sliced onions in a pan, and then add your drained meat. Cook until the deer meat is done, then pull from the pan and chop before adding to your toasted tortillas and whatever toppings you want.
