I have had this dang headache since Saturday and its steadily got worse until the point of puking. what will get rid of a migraine?

I've never heard of one lasting that long. Maybe you need to go get an MRI.
Are you eating stuff that has Monsodium Glutamate in it? That triggers them in Mrs. Irishguy.
Mrs. Irish says dairy and sodium nitrites can too.

Ibuprofen, caffeine, and sex in that order. An orgasm is one of the most effective headache cures out there.

check what you are consuming. hydrate. extra strength Tylenol and heavy constant dose of benadryl.

I have never had a headache this bad or for this long. when I bend over to where my head is below my heart it feels like my left temple is going to explode. the wife gets migraines a few times a year that make her throw up but this is also a first for me. I have tried every headache medicine you can buy and nothing affects it. couldnt even watch the SEC game Saturday. then Sunday had a spell where it made my vision goofy for about an hour.
SBS might be onto something with the sex thing. things have been tense around the house and there aint been any of that going on in a couple months. I doubt I could even make it work a bad as this is right now.

I have heard if you inhale oxygen that it will help. It shouldn't be hard to get a tank and canula to try.

I think a trip to the doc is in order since its been four days.
Try getting your bedroom totally dark and quiet and try to sleep, and drink plenty of water.

Remember that migraines and headaches aren't the same thing, necessarily. Ibuprofen might help, but for me I have to take prescription stuff my doctor gave me if I want to function that day. I only get 2-3 a year but when they come it's bad.
Sometimes they are just caused by sinus pressure, so take some Mucinex if you think that's the cause.

If you are having visual changes it's time to head to the MD. Might just be part of your symptoms but might be something else.

I have them once every year or so. Mine start with my vision getting a little blurry then a slight headache at first. Then I get nauseous and have a hard time talking. It's like I know what I'm trying to say, but can't get it out right. Anyway, I have to go to the dr to get something to knock me out and something for nausea. Last one I had i took some leftover Percocet and zofran I had from shoulder surgery. It helped after an hour. Once mine start, nothing will touch them. Just have to find something to knock me out.

My wifes are so bad they make her sick and have blurred vision. Shell basically cry her self to sleep in a dark quiet room with ice packs strapped to hear head. I don't know what to do for her. She's been to our regular Dr, had MRIs (showed nothing), taken preventative meds, taken onset meds, been to specialist only for them to say it's hereditary and nothing can be done. She's had more than I can count on my fingers and toes this yr and has been worst than the last couple. Seems to me they happen more with the start of severe weather fronts so I instantly think it something with barometric pressure/ sinus pressure related but every now and then she'll have a random one surrounded by stable weather pattern. Who knows.

I get bad headaches often. I get fewer since I quit smoking, but man they're bad. Sex is about the worst thing i could do. That makes my head throb. The only thing that consistently works is the hottest shower I can stand and for as long as I can take it.

The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...
