Not a complaint but Gus shoulda took his star back out when he first hurt that shoulder First injury was left shoulder. He came out for good with right shoulder. I don't know how he hurt either, but they're both banged up now. Not good news going back in to play Georgia. Hope he just has a bruise or something minor so he can play but not likely The dude was crying walking off the field. I doubt it's anything minor. Without him, beating UGA again will be absolute tough. IMO Kerryon should be as much in the Heisman talk as anyone.

we have played like crap against the last 3 real teams... i still don't know why we didn.t run the ball more.. Didn't run the ball enough. Made dumb mistakes for killer penalties. Couldn't convert third down. Couldn't stop the other team on third down. All issues that we've had in other big games. Bama plays not to lose when in a big game...and it usually causes them to play to close of a game or lose.

First, hats off to Auburn, they physically whipped Bama. Having said that (and honestly not throwing shade at Auburn), all they really did was expose two frauds in Georgia and Bama.
Any objective Bama fan will tell you there have been issues all season....namely, less than dynamic QB play, and (oddly) the defensive line has been pushed around more games than not. I remember early on (maybe after Colorado St) thinking we have some legit issues in the front end of the D. This looked a lot like the Bama team(s) of a few years ago that had really weak D line play, and would get exposed by dynamic teams. Bama may still make the playoffs, but Oklahoma will full-on skull drag them or Auburn (or anybody else I think)
This whole game (and a few other times during the season) felt like watching those games like Utah, Oklahoma, Cam/Auburn, Clemson, and some other spread teams who controlled the game against us over the early years of Saban. Really, last year was the only season where our down linemen were dominant.

I do however expect them to put up a better product then that chitt, tonight, on the field. It was not that bad. They missed 3 tackles on Auburns first scoring drive,and messed up 2 snaps and that was the ball game. Bama lost to a good Auburn team on the road, was not a blow out or ass beating, just did not play as well as we are used to seeing them play. Credit Auburn players and fans for that.

Alabama held Auburnto 24 points, Alabama had drives going and in scoring position 2 times when mistakes killed em. Gus ran some good trick olays but thats normal. Alabamas backs probably averaged a lot per carry, it could have been way worse.
