Wife is off until Wednesday morning so I will be taking a break from hunting and social media to spend time with her, the children, and the grand children.

My buddy went today and saw 5 Turkeys but no deer. We both are going in the morning but weather report says rain from sun up to about 9:30 AM. he is going on ahead at first light but I am waiting until about 9:00 AM to make my move. Just dont love sitting in rain as I did in years past.

Son's babysitter got the flu so i had to babysit yesterday and today. His wife is off on Friday so I will be trying it again.
was able to slip off yesterday afternoon and saw a small 4 point and a doe. 4 point smaller than what we prefer to shoot and the doe was only seen momentarily.
Fridays north/ NE wind doesn't really set up too well for me but waht few times I have been able to go, I will take it and say "Thank You Lord."
As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

I have been after them this week and seen some deer but nothing I prefer to take a shot one. I'll be heading back in the morning and hunting all weekend.
I got high hopes for a big one to slip up.

I probably done till middle next week.. I start back shift work next week so they bout to be getting my full attention.. and naturally we have a shut down from jan. 22-31.. that stinks.

Went yesterday and saw 5 but not shooters and went again this morning and saw 3 does and 3 spikes. However, one of the spikes was chasing a doe.
Also, wrenched my back today and can barely walk. I am probably done for two maybe three days re-cooperating from this.

Haven't been in two weeks due family illnesses. Can now see a little light at the end of the tunnel for mid to late this week and this weekend for sure. Later.

Well to bad y�all can�t claim my deer. I�m on my 3rd doe of the season. I�ve only seen one buck (4pt). Come February he won�t be getting a pass

havent hunted in a few days.. i am working out in the morning but have plans with the family this weekend. i may get to go tomorrow afternoon and sunday afternoon but will be off mon-thurs. next week and gonna lay with em... hopefully seal the deal so we dont take last place.
