How much is too much? I have a 2005 Coachman that I have just moved from my old club. Been covered the past 3 seasons. Great shape. Queen with bunks. New awning. Needs 2 tires is all. I'd like to get $5000 for it.

I have a fema 30 ft with bunks. Needs a small place on the floor repaired at the door. Has bunks. Everything works as it should.
