Yep, and I'm an expert at doing just that. I have to change my "normal" both on intake of food and output on activity/exercise.

Hyperbole man, didn't think someone was going to buy it and search. My point was the Zaxby's Ceasar salad is not their best salad option if fat grams, etc. are important to you. It is one of their tastiest in my book though.

After finding out I was diabetic I discovered that it's not about dieting at all.It's about PERMANENT lifestyle changes.That was 7 years and 92 pounds ago. thumbup Keep up the good choices.
