I'm sure I'm among many but the wife and I are in search of 5-15 acres to build on. Looking for land in Tuscaloosa, Pickens or North Hale. Would consider Bibb depending on how far into the county. If any of you see any for sale by owner please shoot me a number I'd sure appreciate it.

I wish I had about twenty 3-5 acre lots; those things would sell all day in a descent location. Good luck that can be a tough find at descent price.

There's some on highway 86 between Gordo and Carrollton. It's been stripped recently. If you want I'll try to find a number. It's several acres (over 20 for sure)
Two roads diverged in the woods and I took the one with deep ruts,hills and mud.It may be bumpy but WHAT A RIDE!
