Edit: This is for next season.
Looking at some land. Will not provide details of location yet. Acres would be over 100 acres per member. Age structure management would be implemented.
I have been on the property and know the potential, but for now, you will have to trust me. We are in this for the long haul, not your typical club jumper.
This will be a family oriented lease, where your family can hunt with you, but not on separate stands from you.
Lease cost will be 15 members at $1200 each.
If you do not like the structure I can disclose, move along. If you are interested in implementing a strategy to grow deer and hunt in an enjoyable environment, comment here and I will PM you as I have time.
Also, as note, membership will be selective and not everyone who inquires will be accepted.
And, No, I am not a internet troll. I am real and several guys here can vouch for that.
