He really goes above and beyond with the customer service. I will not use anyone else for a European mount.

And smelly and time consuming and hacked off the wife. Glad to do another one for $1000. And I know you're not supposed to submerge the bases. But after third boil I was done. BYW. Compressed air works good to get junk out of nose cavities.
