So if it is offline, the GW can look at your phone and tell the date and number of points/date and total number of gobblers you have killed? Any body tried that one out yet?

I think you may have misread the previous thread posting (or the one you quoted anyway).

Because it is a record. If the app is offline, can you look at your phone and see the date and numbers of points each deer harvested has? Not just what you are submitting at that exact moment, but what you have already submitted?

I want to know the GW's that you spoke with, because they obviously need some more training.

Well u know folks complain about this very thing all the time, u can ask 10 the same question and they'll all have different answers or their own interpretation of the regulations/laws, but call ask questions they say. hell I called about a simple question I had regarding the Alligator hunt, and each time I called the guy wasn't there, I left five msgs and still haven't had my call returned. And that's been what five months smdh

Yes

Not according to way that it is written. If you have a GW that lets say is having a bad day. He wants to see your harvest record. Not once service is available, on the spot. How can he? You are standing over a deer, you have submitted that deer to the app. That app is offline, so there is not a current real time record until service is available? If the GE wants to see your total harvest record, according to the website he can't because it's not updated until service is available.
I have no argument about the app, I was just told to take a piece of paper to remove all doubts.

You aren't real good at reading comprehension. You just misquoted and misinterpreted that whole paragraph. I'm tapping out. You keep your paper, and I'll keep my app. We are both legal, and neither of us will get a ticket.

Before I get tapped out, Curious how I misquoted and misinterpreted? If I'm a GW and standing over a deer you just killed and want to see your harvest record. You have no cell service but you submit it in the app, although you have no confirmation number. As a GW, how do I know if that's your first buck or 27th buck. Do you hand me your phone and it will show the previous bucks you harvested and show one as " pending?

Because the info is stored on the app. Even if you don't have service you can still open the app and input your data. Once you have service, the app will automatically update it. Why is that so difficult for you to comprehend?

Just stating was I was told, keep a paper copy on you to remove all doubt and always keep written permission on you if you do not own the land.
