4 wheeler would not crank today. Started checking around and found the air intake box 1/3 way full of a mixture of oil and gas.
Any comments or ideas what is going on? Again, all would be appreciated. Checked oil and it barely registers any.
As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

Mine had the same issue. It would run if the chocke was held open. I ran it with a stout mixture of seafoam and it now is back to normal. Worth a shot for $8.

Prolly stuck needle. Run some non-ethanol gas and seafoam through it. Might just solve your problem. Otherwise prolly gonna need a good carb cleaning. Check the oil, see if it is over full and smells of gas. A stuck needle can fill cylinders and some will run passed your rings into the crankcase, you'll need a oil change. Been there done that, caught it in time though.

Mine was running crappy a couple of years ago.I took the carb apart which isn't hard to do and soaked it for 24 hours in fingernail polish remover.Haven't had any problems since.

Thanks all. I am off work tomorrow and will give these a try starting with new gas and Seafoam , changing the oil and working from there

When ya'll add Seafoam do you add an entire bottle to a tank of non-ethanol gas? Certainly won't hurt. I actually prefer to put the sea foam into a vacuum line. Just keep letting it suck it in till it almost bogs down then stop n repeat.
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

1 ounce per gallon per the label but I at least double that. I think I put a full bottle with half a tank of gas. Once running good I ran it hard until the gas was almost gone.

Been at it for a couple hours but can't get it to fire. Doesn't appear to be getting any gas. This is what i have done:
1: changed oil and filter
2: Drained gas tank and added 1 gallon of non ethanol gas with 6 ounces of Seafoam
3: drained carb.
4: checked and cleaned plug. Plug firing.
5. trying to crank it with air box open and hand across back of carb.
6. Reaching up into carb while trying to crank with finger manipulating float up and down but finger isn't wet.
Any more suggestions? I am asking around to see if anyone knows of a reputable mechanic to work on it

Sprayed a little gas in the rear of the carburetor and it cranked right up but only ran for a few seconds. Repeated it again and it cranked and ran again for a few seconds and quit.

Get you a carb rebuild kit and do that.Or take it to ghost rabbit.

Reads like the jets and carb are gummed up.
