Took a break to run an errand and came back out. On my way in I see this track in my wheeler track from earlier tagging along behind a doe track. Was only gone about 3 hours. Looks like some chasing is starting to happen.

 Thanks everyone! Hadn't been in the stand long this morning when a spike walked under me. Gave me a good feeling as this was the first time I had hunted this spot this year. I was in between two creeks just off a hill. I have killed bucks here before when the chase is on and sure enough it was on. I would love to say that I knew I had made a great shot on a running buck at over a hundred yards but I would be lying lol.....I was real nervous about the shot and found very little blood at first but I followed what I had plus he was skidding down the side of a hill to the creek I found him in which made it easier and the blood picked up at the creek. Needless to say my day is made and my Season too.

Zip moving in Barbour County this morning. Back at it after lunch Bud, hang in there. I talked to someone today that was in Barbour WMA this morning and they are moving. It'll pick up quickly there.
