Anybody else have plans to hunt the primitive weapons hunt there?? Good Luck!We hope to go across the river but not sure about river conditions tomorrow about lunch? Any advice is welcomed? We are staying till Sunday.

It'll be high and muddy. Me and a buddy went squirrel hunting down there sunday and saw 0 scrapes and very few tracks. I think population is down in that area from what I've seen in the past. I haven't seen a buck down there in two years. Which area are ya'll going to hunt?

How are we gonna be in our stands on 20/59. 17 deer seen this afternooon no shooters water up hunting spidle lake also seen Phil at store and Edward. 3 cheeseburgers taken down at store. Gonna be in stand by 5 am good luck guys. Kill them all#purebowhunter.

I hate they changed the name of the place. I haven't been in a while (haven't had a hunting boat). Hopefully, I'll get back this next season. We've been hunting there and the Tombigbee for a long time.

Yeah we really had a good time. We actually killed 2 deer missed a Pig. The store was a blast the cooking great. Really wanna go back for Turkey season.

Only 1 boar but we didn't hunt that spot but once because of all the hog sign.That area was demolished
