I'm here in Henry Co again. My dad wanted to go, and I rarely get to hunt with him anymore, so I came on out after a nap last night. Hoping he can smoke a big one, even though he volunteered me for the corner that has a confirmed stud hanging around. Thermacell is burning too bc I got ate up trying to get set up.

Sitting on a huge hardwood ridge with a few big pines mixed in. Squirrels and 5 long-beards so far. Wanted to go with the bow, but with it so hot, I chose the BAR and open hardwoods. Oh, the thermacell is wide open on the 26th day of December!

5 th doe of the morning just walked thru a community scrape 150 yds down the mtn. The roar of the water coming out of the mtn is awesome. Sum at my back and wind in my face. Thank you Lord for another day to enjoy your creation.
