New club starting in Cleburne county. We have 1018 acres upland pines various age class with hardwood draws. It will be trophy managed for deer. We use pin in and out system for hunting spots. Dues for 2015-2016 season will vary from 350 to 500 depending on how many members looking for 4 to 6 members will have total of 10-12 members.

4 questions... I would PM but I feel this would be good info for anyone already looking for next year.
1. Work day requirements?
2. Turkey rights included?
3. Define trophy managed for deer? Antler restrictions and number of does allowed to be taken per member?
4. Guest policy?

Two separate clubs managed by same rules divided by the Stateline putting together one blocking of land totaling 2236 acres for trophy buck management. Increasing chances of smaller bucks to make it.

That's less than a mile from my house and i know where this is. Can members rabbit hunt there? When i was a little kid my grandaddy and I used to trap all of that land, i learned to drive on those dirt roads. No wabbit hunt no interest from me.

$500 is Alabama club for 2016-2017 would be $350 for 2015-2016 season. Georgia club is currently full for 2015-2016 seasons. Members could small game hunt either club after deer season ends.
