That was the second shot I took when I walked up on him, the first shot was really far back around where my bow is sitting and I didn't give him enough time before looking for him so I had to put another one in him when I walked up on him and that was the only shot I had

Any one hear about the 3rd largest buck killed in the state of alabama last weeka girl,killed the 3rd largest buck ever in the alabama record books it scored right at 180.killed between clanton and maplesville it looks like a monster.the girl,s last name is underwood.I saw pictures of it at chilton feed and seed.

Deer officially scored 169 5/8..Big deer but not close to 3rd largest.4th largest typical score in Bama is 195 4/8 so hers is probably in top 25 but not close to #3.

I've been at it, once this water goes down I'll take a doe at the property I hunt on lake mitchell, The bucks are starting to cruise at my hunting club and I've seen a few ok ones but nothing worth shooting yet. I'll be at it pretty consistently till the end of the season

Man it was 73 here this afternoon and neighbors had an extended range session. Couldn't make myself go get in the stand. Did go trim a little shooting lane. Figured it was a good time before rain got here. I think it could be good this weekend with cooler temps.
