Which one would you get for carrying inside the waist band.

I have both. I'd go with the 43. They are the easiest carrying conceal guns I have, whether IWB or dropped in a boot. The 43 wins only because it's a 9mm.

43 simply for the cost difference of the ammo 9MM vs 380. If ammo costed the same I would still probably say 43.

The 43 is just barely larger. In fact, you can carry the 43 in a 42 OWB holster in a pinch. Almost the same size frame.

People IWB Glock 26's and 19's all the time. So a single stack 9MM is no big deal.
Turkey I'm sure that would work with leather/cloths but not sure about kydex.

You are correct. I was referring to a leather OWB.

I like kydex holsters a lot. You can sweat on them all you want and clean them up with simple green and a paper towel. This is what I use for my Glock 19. Its a Comptac CTAC. I use a kydex appendix carry holster for my Shield

Comptac ctac here as well. I got the slide version so it's compatible with my 26 and 17. I love the fact i can make a 17 nearly disappear with this holster.

I had been looking really close at the 42, but head a 43 yesterday for the first time. The difference is minuscule. I think I a, going to get the 43.

Havening recently looked at a pocket gun. I thought that glock kinda dropped the ball with the 43. It feels good in the hand, but to me its to big for a 6 shot gun. The whole point of substituting less rounds was for concealment. The extra size might be alright for 40 or 45 then it would benefit you with recoil. I really liked the xds due to its added features like fiber optic front sight, picatinny rail, and the ability to use magazines with higher capacity. And they have essential sale that comes with 3 extre mags and mag holder. Which would give you 5 mags all for a little over $400. But if i had to pick from just 42 or 43. I'd get 43
