Somebody posted this one years ago and it's good:
8oz cooked egg noodles 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup Velveeta 1 tbsp of diced pimentos left over fried chicken
Cook the noodles per directions. Pull the chicken and tear into little bits. Reserve the "cracklins" from the skin. Mix all the above ingredients with the cooked egg noodles and place in a casserole dish. Top with reserved "cracklins". Bake @ 400 until bubbly.
