This is a New Club in the Heart of the Blackbelt in Southwest Alabama! Land consists of 700ac(250ac of Pasture Land/Ponds/10yr Pine, 250ac of 25yr Pine, 200ac of Mix Mature Hardwood/Pine & (11)Green Fields throughout)in Vineland, Alabama and we have 400ac(Mature Pine/Hardwood, a few Cut-Overs/Thinned Areas & (5)Green Fields)in the Community of Lasca, Alabama. As of now, I have (3)Buddy's & Myself(we're all 30yrs old & like to have a Good Time but at the same time, we look forward to this, so we want to get the RIGHT folks in it w/us)in this Property. I'd like to get (6)Guys in the Place, making it Comfortably Priced while at the same time not having it Overcrowded etc. That said, we have a House on the Section in Vineland that will be our Camp(it's an older Farmhouse that will be Updated before Start of Season). There's Shooting Houses on ALL Green Fields, Ladder Stands & Lock-Ons in the Bottoms & Cut-Overs, after that, it's up to us on how far we want to go w/the Propety on Planting & more Stands.

I could go into Detail about it but I'm only going to entertain Serious Interest ONLY! If your in that Category towards the Piece, Contact the Info Below:

I would be all over this if I wasn't already in a couple other leases and had more time. I'm not sure who the other guys are in the lease but I've hunted with Blake several time back in the day and I promise you whoever joins this club will have a great time with these guys and the hunting probably won't be too bad either. Hope this helps, CW

Wilcox and Marengo counties are considered the Black Belt area, are you saying the club isn't in either of those counties?

They are both in these counties, but I don't consider these areas to be in the heart of the blackbelt. These are piney woods areas, not prairie lands aka ( black belt). Imo

Let me rephrase my comment. The soil is what makes the black belt what it is and these areas do not have the same soil as the Prarie areas in the black belt. I hunt west of Uniontown and this area is the heart of the blackbelt and it's not conducive to pine trees. We hunt around 1200 acres and there is not a single pine tree on the property. Cedar thickets are the norm in the blackbelt..

I think you need to do some research on the black belt. I can't see that map very well, but that isn't the best one out there.

Your right cruiser I do, but it's my opinion that those areas listed in the ad are not in the heart of the black belt. I have hunted all over marengo county and there is a huge difference between the prarie lands and the hills that cover the club areas.

There's a huge difference in South Marengo County and North Marego County. The Wilcox County line is just south of Vineland on HWY 25.

The black belt may as well be in Canada, cause Coy1085 is one and done!
