half way, and i cook eggs and bacon at least 4 days a week for lunch. never eat breakfast. of course i work 2nd shift so i guess lunch is breakfast for me

Otherwise, slightly crispy but bendable in the middle........soft on the ends. Preferably dripping with egg yolk.

I ate about eleventeen pieces with dinner last night and a couple this morning. went to the dr at 9:30 bp was 121/82. I think I will celebrate with more bacon tonight
