Patriot Defensive Tactics, Bill Vasser in Leesburg is a top notch instructor. I went through it with my Wife. She had done very little shooting with a semi-auto prior to it. It was a one day course, a very full day of learning and shooting. I learned early that day that I needed to learn more myself. Unless your already an expert, You should go with her. She will shoot standing up, sitting down, laying on her stomach, on her back, standing behind a barrier, under a barrier, behind someone else, shooting at single silhouettes, multiple silhouettes, etc, etc. If She doesn't like to get dirty or even muddy for that matter, then she should definitely go somewhere else. If she goes, she will get to lay in the dirt and shoot. Unless its raining, in that case she gets to lay in the mud and shoot. She will get to be very experienced with loading magazines too, so if you don't want her to shoot very much, send her somewhere else.
