Probably less than 1% of those that should be on one.

I am headed to a Sleep Study this coming Monday night. Actually, if I can get one, I think my wife should wear it, that way she can't snore then I might actually get some sleep.

I had one for a couple of years. But, since I have lost 50 pounds, my doctor told me I don't need it anymore.

Actually had nasal surgery yesterday so that I can tolerate the CPAP. Have had one for almost 7 years, but have not been able to sleep with it more than 3 nights in a row. Feel like I am suffocating with it on. Had 70% blockage in my nose. Hope this is the fix and will have my health improve overall.

I had one but never could sleep in it, and things got to the point where I was getting virtually no sleep and wake up in a panic feling like somebody was strangling me.
My Dr refered me to an orthodontist who fitted me with a mouthpiece that pulls my jaw slightly forward. Ever since I got it I have slept like a baby and wouldn't trade it fir anything. It is so much better for me not having the hose and everything that goes with a cpap, it isn't even funny.

had 3 sleep studies but couldn't find the right combination of the various types of PAP therapies. They have me renting one to try at home currently to see if my home environment helps. Better results than the sleep lab but still not under control.

I've been using one every night for about 4 years. Bet I haven't missed 5 nights in those 4 years. Totally changed my life.
My wife tried one but couldn't tolerate it. She ended up getting the Somnadent mouthpiece and it is working great for her.
Wish I could make myself lose enough weight to not need it.

Keep up the maintenance on those things. I used one for about 7 years and had a minor stroke one night. After all the studies and MRI's etc., the neurologist determined the cause was my machine had worn to where it wasn't putting out the pressure it was supposed to be. He said that is fairly common for them to lose pressure output after about five years or so.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

After 5 years I can't sleep without one for more than about 15 minutes, I wake myself up snoring & choking. I feel like I'm addicted to the damn thing now!

Got mine in 2000. I have 3. Keep one in travel bag, one at hunting camp and the other at home. Best thing I've done. Everyone in my house sleeps now!

Just got one maybe 4 months ago. I can tell a difference by using it. The one I have adjust pressure throughout the night according to what you need. If I ever lose the seal on my face it will wake me up and I think a tornado is hitting the house. That thing will put out some air. I have woke up a couple times and it had my jaws blown open like a dog with his head out the window of a car.
