I have been able to secure 12 additional spots thru landowners to support our annual charity deer hunt. All hunts take place in Montgomery, Autauga, Butler, Bullock, Lowndes, Macon and Barbour Counties.We have standard hunts, parent- child packages and Premium hunts (limited #, but include lodging on landowner property). This is our 15th year. Most land is within an hour of Montgomery. Perks include: Hunter gift bags, Hunter only gun drawing, big buck contest,catered meals, and raffles. One 8 point or better, 2 does and whatever hogs, etc. the landowner will allow.We will quarter your deer and hold in your cooler in our refrigerated truck.We can also help with taxidermy and processor recommendations and provide assistance if needed for prepping deer for transport out of Alabama. Lions Clubs have provided millions of dollars to sight conservation and youth development. Events like this fund those effort. Dates are January 17-19.

As an aside, If anyone wants to host a hunter or two, we provide a cash bounty for the landowner whose hunter takes the biggest buck, landowner only gun drawing, and special gifts for the landowner and their guides. Landowners and guides participate in all the meals and raffles as well. I know this is hard to do if you are in a club.. And we don't need your whole property, just a couple morning and afternoon stands to rotate TH afternoon thru Saturday morning.
