I’m looking forward to being part of outdoorobsession’s crew. I hear through the grapevine he “does it right” the way he sets up his properties to hunt. Man we invited you for a reason Anthony. I hunt with my buddy from here and his father. Two great guys. You always are funny and upbeat in here...never a cross word ( better then me I might add). Casey couldnt do it this year so we thought youd fit in perfect. Three of us old farts and one 30 year old to drag the deer out. Sounds great to me!!!

Win, lose or draw, it’s gonna be a blast hunting in the Bluegrass State again! I hunted in Crittenden Co several years ago. Saw small bucks and does. Ended up eating tag. It was okay. Was looking for a “good one.” My buddy killed a 130-plus 8. Career best for him at the time. Drew a cow elk tag in ‘08. Hunted in Hazard Co if memory serves. If you could call it hunting. Rode around looking at elk the evening before. Spent an hour holding down the place the next morning. Hunted maybe 5 minutes. We walked down the dirt road to set up. My cow was walking up the road. Guy helping me said “Kill that elk, Anthony.” Boom. Kentucky is a hunter’s paradise.
“Killing tomorrow’s trophies today.”
On the distance I like to walk to my stands: “The first 100 yards is also the last 100 yards.”
