Is anybody around the Mobile area interested in getting together for lunch or supper in the next week or two? I've never met anyone on the forum face to face and it would be nice to be able to put a face with some of y'all. R&R's on the causeway has been recommended as a good place. http://www.randrseafood.com/How's Feb 3 sound? Thats a Saturday but if during the week works better that's fine too. Let me know if y'all are interested, date, time, etc. When we get a good headcount, I'll call and set it up with them so we have a place to sit together. Make it Feb 17th.

2/17 would be better for me also. Will you still be in town then SimpleMan? I hope not but I might be. I am waiting on an Austrailian visa to come through and as soon as I get it I'll be rolling out. Might not happen until mid-late Feb though. Either way, I think 17 Feb will work out better for more folks due extended season. I didn't think about that!

I'll be working there for a couple of years if I can ever get a work visa. Who would have thought that it would be simpler to get an Angolan work visa than an Austrailian work visa? My lab tech at the refinery worked as a driller for Diamond for several years off the coast of Australia. He loved it.
