Modern design with commercial style storefront windows and covered tile decks. Architect has done the remediation drawings. Need a smart, quality builder to tackle the project. I'm hitting dead ends up there because the multiple good builders I've met with are all super busy and are 9 months out with work. We need this project started before summer. Any recommendations?
