Irishguy OP a.k.a. Dingle Johnson Joined: Dec 2013 Posts: 22,677 Lickskillet, AL	Dinner with friends at their cabin. Ribeye steaks. Breakfast at our little cabin compliments of Mrs. Irish. Quiet evening at home grilling chuck eye steaks with rice and a nice salad. Nice lunch at Weidmanns in Meridian, MS. My homemade Mexican chicken soup. Another cabin breakfast by Mrs. Irish. Nice view to go along with it. Last weekend we seasoned a chuck roast and put it in the crock pot with some onions and celery and cooked it all day. Mrs. Irish made some smashed potatoes and some candied baby carrots and we ploped down a mess of those potatoes and the just spooned the meat and debris from the pot all over the top. Then we sat around the campfire and ate it. It was horrible. I'm glad you guys weren't there to share it with us...
