Same place I keep them during the season. Boxed up in plastic totes on my back porch.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

I'm the outlier with 59hunter. They just go in the closet. Of course I smoke while I hunt so no real reason to try and be scent free.

When I was trying to be scent free it never seemed to work though. Deer smell way better than most people (hunters anyway) think.

I have a large , upright cedar wardrobe I bought for that very purpose.

I included a hunting room when I built this house. Place for ALL my hunting stuff. Works great for me and would suggest it to others.

I don't do anything special. I just make sure to wash them in unscented detergent before I hunt the next time, and then apply a large amount of DDW before I hunt.

That, plus climbing 30+ feet, and I'm seeing deer and USUALLY don't get winded.

Are the Cedar closets supposed to help with scent control?

In years past cloths were stored in cedar chests. it gave them cedar scent .Cedar does not really control other scents. In the 60's cedar oil was registered a an insecticide because it repelled moths from eating clothes. In 96 it was deregulated.9n time all cedar loses it's odor and insect repelling qualities. Nowadays it's just as effective to use plastic air tight containers.

Just a big ole plastic tote in my shed. I also place several cedar blocks in with clothes, more so for bugs than scent control though...

Plastic box. Nothing special

Closed in one of the big plastic totes, put several of the HS Scent Earth Scent wafers in with them.
