Do we seriously want to start prosecuting folks on their thoughts. How many of y'all on here have posted things expressing thoughts about Obama being killed? Same thing. You want them coming after us for that?
Its one thing to have a wayward thought, we all have them. Its a totally different level when someone stands in front of a half million people and talk about blowing up the white house. At that point it becomes more than a thought.
