War eagle boats are hard to beat

I bought a new Triton 4 years ago. It has the protective spray coating on it (kinda like a bedliner). Haven't had a minutes trouble out of it. Really like the boat. It's flatbottom, so doesn't really drive or ride great. It has a Mercury 50 hp two stroke. Bought from Bucks for 12,000 out the door.
It's a straight out hunting/fishing boat. No carpet, no frills.

My xpress rode better and I knew the G3 wasn't going to ride as well in a chop when I bought it. It does run shallower, is wider and more stable and suits my hunting & floundering needs better. As you look at them you will see a lot of differences and it comes down to what you really want. The G3 isn't a bay boat but I take it to the island all the time.

Check out Xtreme boats. All welded with 0.125 aluminum. Most of the other brands only use .080-0.1 thickness. They also come with an aluminum trailer, so rust is never a problem. Made in Bonifay, FL.

Mines a 16 ft Tracker. 2001 with a 40 horse Merc. Bought it in 2007 for only $4500 off ebay. Gets me around just fine.

Buy one thats:
1) all welded
2) that has a thickest aluminum you can get
3) has plenty of storage
4) that has enough horsepower

Check out phantom sportjon. Mine has 3/16" bottom. All welded. Runs in about 4-6" of water

I have a 20' Xpress duck/fishing boat. 115 Yamaha 4 stroke. Wide!!! Lots of storage and really, I bought it because it had more storage than its competitors. It's not a bad boat. Not sure how it compares to other similar boats but it's been a good boat for the last 8 years. The Yamaha 115 motor? I could not say enough good things about her!!! That 115 purrs!

I just looked at Xpress' website. Apparently, they don't make my boat anymore. I like my storage compartments design better (more storage) than what Xpress offers now.

I have a 1997 Bass Tracker 170 (17') with the 50 horsepower made by Mercury. I can fish 3 in it comfortably. I can put 4 gallons of gas in it and fish 4 or 5 times. I literally put 4.25 gallons in it yesterday and drove it for over an hour and the needle barely moved.

They're the number one selling brand for a reason.
