I know this is off subject, but I'd like your input on this...

I'm thinking of going ahead and creating a PayPal account. There's not any monthly charges or fees associated with it, right? The only fees occur when selling (receiving) money through PayPal (within the US), correct?

If you link your payment to a credit or debit card then the one paying or the one receiving has to pay a small fee. ($1.75 for me transferring $50.00 while ago)

If you link it to a bank account there is not a fee for transactions, to my knowledge.

Someone with more Paypal experience might want to chime in on this!
