Don't wait till the last minute so you will not be able to learn the property or be forced to make a bad choice on a club. Still have 3 openings. Approx 600 acres. 6 members max. All game. Cost includes everything. Lime, seed, fertilizer, minerals, gas for bathhouse, insurance, water, etc. $1,500 per member. We are bordered by quality outfits and landowners.....one is Langfordfarms. Call if seriously interested. Dues are due by June 1st and we have nice shooting boxes and fields. 6 pt or better with a 3 doe limit per member and no does on greenfields except by bow. No does or guest after 1st Saturday in January. Lots of Whiteoaks and hardwood bottoms and of course pines. I have some camper spots available. What size/score are the bucks from the last 2yrs? How many turkey hunters? How many days hunted? Average number of deer seen per trip?
