Guys I thought I would go ahead and put this out there. I know several clubs will be looking to fill memberships soon.
What I am looking for is detailed below. I'm in the market for a club due to my Bibb Cty guys not renewing their lease due major timber harvest. What I'm willing to do is pay a full membership to a club just for turkey hunting. I would also be willing to provide X amount of tractor work for partial or full membership. This offer will need to be discussed in detail. I would prefer the club have very few to no full time turkey hunters if I'm paying a full membership or do a lot of tractor work. I would prefer exclusive rights but not a must. The club management will also provide me proof there is limited or no turkey hunting by current membership. Also club management will sign an agreement that was negotiated if tractor work is involved. Sorry to be to the point on those two items. However it's very important to me that I'm not misled or taken advantage of. I am ethical, man of my word and very easy to get along / deal with.
I'm looking within two hours of Birmingham but will consider nearly any where in the state that has an excellent turkey population. Let me hear what you can offer and we will go from there.

I'll bring this one back to the top. Come on guy's I know there is someone out there that needs a member like me. Surely someone doesn’t mind sharing a few thunder chickens for a few weeks out of the entire season. The good thing about me is I work offshore, I have other properties within the state and I hunt multiple states. In other words I will not be there every day wearing a place out or kill more than 2 or 3 birds. I fully beleive in not over hunting or over harvesting a property. The down side of having me as member is when I do hunt I'm very serious. It is 110% my goal to make a thunder chicken have a bad day.
I am willing to back off on my wish list/ requirments in the first post for the right place. Lets hear what's out there and we can go from there.
I also have equipment that I'm willing to use to help the club out if my schedule will allow.

If only we were closer........ Who did the guys do after the property was burned? Did it help keep the birds around?

If only we were closer........ Who did the guys do after the property was burned? Did it help keep the birds around? They were too busy to hunt as usual.... they (I only got two turkey hunters) went a few times heard them but could not get on them. Then had a thousand reasons not to go..... years ago they were serious but not anymore. I do think we have a problem with them birds being on the quiet side because with the pics I get all year there shoud be a whole lot of gobbling going on.....
