I am but don't don't participate in the shoots much, that will change when my boys are old enough to participate. I don't have many free Saturdays in the spring-summer, when I do I'm at the lake with the family. it's never to early to start. let them come with you untill they are old enough to shoot. my son started at age 4 and won state at age 5 with a $8 wall-mart bow.
