The Dothan store I trade with is usually a nickel higher than Sam's. I hate ethanol gas!

It reduces my MPG to the point where it is noticable and that is why I prefer ethanol free gas in my vehicles. It's also better for engines that may sit unused for a while (mowers, generators, ATVs, etc.

It reduced my MPG by 5 mpg. It usually isn't that bad maybe 2 mpg but the last tank I got must have a higher percentage of ethanol. I got pure gas this time and it has made a big difference in better fuel milage.

My small engine mechanic hates it and won't warranty any work on fuel system stuff..

Anybody know of any in the southern part of Baldwin County? I know about the ones on the eastern shore but I haven't found one yet in Loxley, Robertsdale, or summerdale. I live in Seminole. Foley is 35 minutes away. I'd like to find one closer. Beulah or Ensley, FL would be close too. Thanx in advance. I have a 98 toyota tacoma. This damn ethanol is makin me lose gas mileage. No tellin what it's doin to my engine either.

Guess I must be one lucky Dude. Fill up with any old gas in my mowers (Snapper Pro, Walker, Honda push mowers. And same for my chain saw, edger, weed eaters, blower, and hedge trimmer. Most all have been owned at least 5 yrs. and used daily in grass growin season.

The pure stations I did get alchohol free gas at in Cullman have signs saying due to government regulations they now contain up to 10% ethanol. Are they now all required to sell ethanol or are these places just selling cheaper gas now?

If Conoco is ethanol free does tht mean so is Phillips66? They are owned by the same people. Just wondering, don't have a Conoco locally but do have a Phillips.

we have a new high tech station here in florence that is carrying ethanol free. it is a "high tech" station. that is the name, go figure. either way, the 87 regular(no eth)runs about 6-7 cents higher and from my figures, make 2-4 miles per gallon difference in my 01 f150. actual mpg calculation, not guessing.

It is what it is.

Only one I've found ANYWHERE around here lately is the station where US 98 and Scenic 98 meet up south of Fairhope, just west of Weeks Bay.

All the "biofuel" crap is just about money, whether it's ethanol or biodiesel. We're being robbed in broad daylight by our elected representatives.
